Luindy Zinn
Owner / CFO - I was born in El Tigre , Venezuela and I started out my career in computer engineering where I earned a 6 year degree from IUTIRLA in Venezuela. I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I have spent the last 8 years doing free lance website design work for local businesses. I handle all of the accounting, scheduling, management and website design for L&M Construction.
Matthew Zinn
I started in construction right out of high school at Ceco Building Systems in Rocky Mount in 1992.I moved on from there to Steel Dynamics General Contractors in Raleigh where I had the opportunity to build some really amazing buildings and meet even more amazing owners. With 23 years of experience in the construction industry I pride the business on Quality and Integrity. L&M Construction offers quality, low price construction for local Wake County and surrounding Residents.
My roofing foremans handles the day to day onsite duties with all projects. From homes in Heritage Wake Forest and the Preserve in Chapel Hill we know the demand for quality.
Jose Marcial:
My foreman Jose Marcial oversees all projects involving siding, drywall, paint, and windows. No one beats our quality of construction.
